Nothing beats a quality run, shopping, coffee and gossip time. Except all of the above minus the shopping ;)
Must be careful not to spill the coffee when trying all four of the above at the same time. Ewen cheats, he leaves out the shopping, drinks the coffee first, then has time to run and chat. Loves the chat part more than the running, ask Strewth.
Hehehehe .... The 42km of running came first. The shopping, coffee and gossip were the "rewards". Well deserved of course!
