Turning Points

I ran an easy 27kms this morning - not painfree but in the least discomfort I've had since the Cradle Mt 82km three weeks ago. Yippeee! That in itself was a turning point.

My second turning point today was a switching of my thoughts to "what next?" in terms of events/races. There are lots of exciting options. Stay tuned ....

It was nice to run 16km-17km with Pam M and Kerrie B today, immediately followed by ~10km with Ewen, Ruth et al.

Oh, and the famous coffee gatherings we keep hearing about post the Ewen clan runs, .... yep, they are good! Thanks guys!

Glad you enjoyed the adventure. We organised that Wetlands bridge detour beforehand to slow you down ;) The run was good, coffee perfect - what more could one ask for?

Yep, the detour across the railway bridge, dumping ground and various fences etc was a nice touch. It all made the coffee even better.

It must be nice to call 27km easy. :-)
