Easy Does It

Ran a nice easy run today with ultra marathon runner Kerrie B and ultra, ultra marathon runner Martin F. Good company and conversation, nice place and pace. All just right for the weekend after running a marathon.

You missed a very ordinary coffee (but great conversation) at the WM. The barista must have had a hangover :(
