100km News!
Congratulations to the 3 Canberra girls who finished 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the Gold Coast 100km today. Kerrie won in 8.55 (after passing Susannah who pulled out shortly after Kerrie went past her ~70+ kms), Emily was second in 9.22, and Pam ran a great PB to come 3rd in 9.52. Fantastic results by some hardy ultra runners. Well done girls!

Great runs from the girls. 5:21 ks from Kerrie is amazing. I can barely hit that in my short runs.
Looks like we've made it at last.
