Good morning!!! We're about to head off to the start line of the Coast2Kosci 240km ultramarathon. Our runner, Kerrie B, is in good spirits. She's relaxed but realistic about what's ahead of her. Chilli and I (her crew) are likewise. I'll post here and on facebook as/when I can but the phone/Internet coverage is expected to be patchy and poor, and of course we'll be "a little bit busy". Nope, we @ 215km. It's a long, painful slog for kerrie today. We're all holding up ok.
