After running pretty half-arsed for the last ~12mths it was good to put in an honest effort at the Great Ocean Road 45km ultra last weekend. The hills, cruel camber, wind and rain all revived my love of racing.
While I'm riding the wave of running motiation, the question is: "what next?"
